Who I Am

I am currently a postdoctoral researcher advised by Dr. Wei Li in the Research and Evaluation Methodology program at the University of Florida. I completed my PhD in Educational Psychology and Methodology at University at Albany, State University New York, where I worked with Dr. Mariola Moeyaert. I study how quantitative methods and AI can help researchers better evaluate interventions, treatments, and policies, and support stronger evidence-based decision-making.

What I Study

My current research focuses on two related areas. First, I develop and evaluate advanced quantitative methods for longitudinal and intervention data, with particular interests in multilevel modeling, causal inference, and large-scale data analysis. My work examines how these methods can be used to better estimate intervention effects in educational and psychological research, especially when data involve longitudinal, nested, or otherwise complex structures. Second, I explore how AI (e.g., large language models, machine learning) can be integrated into research workflows and data analysis. Across both lines of work, I aim to improve how researchers evaluate the effectiveness of educational and psychological interventions.
